Day 027 - Personal Day

REST, REVIEW, & REVITALIZE. Wow! Hard to believe it's already been a month. By now, you should be feeling the glow of renewed health. Your heart is pumping stronger, your muscles are rapidly approaching spider-strength; in short, your body is well on its way to being a finely tuned machine. We've reached the halfway point in our program, and it's time to review your progress. Have you been satisfied with your cardio regime? Do you feel as though you are still progressing with your strength training, or should you take it up a notch? (If the 10th-12th repetitions are a piece of cake, you need to lift heavier weights.) Do you feel comfortable with your form in each exercise, or should you consult with a personal trainer to be on the safe side? Spend today relaxing as you ponder these questions, and recharge for the second half of our program.
