TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 45 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Although this program is designed to gradually increase your level of fitness, you may find you are not recovering effectively and your training sessions are less than optimal. You may be overtrained. Overtraining signs include: loss of appetite, irritability, weight loss, poor workouts, loss of sleep.
