Day 016 - Hydration

35-minute Overdistance (OD) run at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN OVERDISTANCE (OD) RUN FOR 35 MINUTES AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Make sure you are getting enough fluids in before, during and after your training sessions. Don't rely on thirst to determine when to drink, by the time you are thirsty, you are usually on your way to being dehydrated.
