Day 034 - Negative splits

4-mile run        Training via ActiveMail

RUN FOUR MILES: Do this run as follows: run two miles easy and time them, then run the last two miles faster. An out-and-back course is the easiest way to do this workout. Most world records are made by "negative splitting" -- running the second half of the race faster than the first half, just as we're trying to do today.
