TODAY, DO A 6 MINUTE UPHILL EFFORT AT LEVEL 3 INTENSITY. Warm-up for 15 minutes at level 2 intensity, go up a moderate to steep hill for 6 minutes (no breaks this time), cool-down by walking back down the hill and cruising along for another 10 minutes at level 2 intensity.
