Day 053 - Hiking

60 minute hike at a level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate, or conversation pace        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 60 MINUTE HIKE AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Take it to the trails today and hike for an hour. Find a park, golf course or other open space to do this workout. Cold and snowy outside? Do the same workout, but use snowshoes instead.
