Day 052 - More Uphill

15 minutes walk or jog at level 2 intensity, 8 minutes of uphill at level 3 intensity, 15 minutes of walk or jog at level 2 intensity. Level 3 intensity = 80-90% max. HR        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO AN 8 MINUTE HILL REPEAT SESSION AT LEVEL 3 INTENSITY. Warm up for 15 minutes at a level 2 intensity, then, using a moderately steep hill, walk or jog up the hill for 1 minutes, holding a level 3 intensity, walk back down easily for 1 minute, repeat 4 times. Cool down by walking or jogging for 15 minutes at level 2 intensity. If you don't have a good hill nearby, use a set of stairs. You can also do this workout on a treadmill or bike.
