Day 042 - Alternate Route/Snowshoe Day
35 minute walk or jog at a level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR, or conversation pace.

TODAY, DO A 35 MINUTE WALK OR JOG AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Workout rule: New route today, it must be somewhere you haven't gone the past 5 weeks. If you've exhausted the possibilities, try a different activity if you can. If you've got snow, try snowshoeing, it is a great workout and has no learning curve. Most outdoor shops rent snowshoes that you can take to a local park or golf course.
