Day 039 - Self Talk

35 minute walk or jog at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR, or conversation pace.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 35 MINUTE WALK, JOG OR BIKE RIDE AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Every 5 minutes, gradually increase your speed for 20 seconds, then return to your normal pace. Do these accelerations as efficiently as possible, focusing on relaxing. Each workout is a great chance to practice saying positive things to yourself, use simple statements that have meaning to you and help you move forward. The more you use them, the more they become habit, the better your workouts will be, and the better you'll feel about yourself. YES!
