Day 037 - Relaxation

15 minute strength training routine at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 15 MINUTE STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINE AT LEVEL 1-2 INTENSITY. Focus on being as relaxed as possible while you are doing your strength training today, your face muscles should be relaxed while you move as should other muscles that are not involved in doing the movement. Learn where you hold tension and try to keep that area as relaxed as possible.
