30 minute walk or jog at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% of your max. heart rate, or conversation pace        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 30 MINUTE WALK OR JOG AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Use your lunch hour to do this workout, grab a friend and head out for a 30 minute outdoor exploration. You may want to walk to a lunch spot that is 30 minutes away, meet your group and catch a ride back.
