Day 032 - Overtraining

TODAY IS A REST DAY. Although this program is designed to gradually increase your level of fitness, you may find you are not recovering effectively and your training sessions are less than optimal. You may be overtrained. Overtraining signs include: loss of appetite, irritability, weight loss, poor workouts, loss of sleep. If you suffer from these symptoms, take a day or two off rather than trying to push through.
