Day 024 - Recovery Week

25 minute walk or jog at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 25 MINUTE WALK OR JOG AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. This is the 4th week of your program, way to go! This week the volume is slightly lower to make sure you are recovering properly from your new routine. This is the periodization principle at work.
