TODAY, DO A 15 MINUTE STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINE AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Visualization is an important mental skill that you can use to improve every workout. We tend to think in pictures and we are surrounded by images of people doing activities. You can take these images, and adapt them so that you are the one doing the activity. Visualize yourself doing your strength routine today with perfect form, feeling great, looking good. Practice these images each day and you'll begin to move and feel like the very images you have developed.
