TODAY, DO A 15 MINUTE STRETCHING ROUTINE. Keep a log of your training program, it can be as detailed as a spreadsheet or simple as notebook paper. By keeping track of your program, you will have an idea of your progress and can pinpoint workouts that seemed to work as well as determine where you might have had trouble.
