Day 017 - Social Exercise

35 minute walk or jog at Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR, or conversation pace.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 35 MINUTE WALK OR JOG AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Bring along a friend, spouse or children on this session. These level 1 exercise sessions are a great way to catch up with friends or family. Make sure you keep the pace hard enough to be in level 1 but not too hard that you go up to level 2.
