Day 016 - Varying Your Pace

20 minute walk or jog at Level 2 intensity = 70-80% max. HR.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 20 MINUTE WALK OR JOG AT A LEVEL 2 INTENSITY. Changing the pace while you exercise is a great way to add a little variety. Cruise along for 5 minutes at level 2 intensity, then walk backwards at an easy pace for 15 seconds, repeat this sequence 4 times for a 20 minute workout.
