You're upping the ante a bit here as far as intensity goes, your breathing will be harder, not much for conversation, but not a lot of discomfort either. Don't start off like a rocket and end up having to slow way down, this is just a little harder than a level 1 intensity. The best way to measure your intensity is with a HR monitor. They are easy to use, very accurate, and help keep you motivated. Good monitors are available for under $100.
