Cross-train easy or easy run, + weights

CROSS-TRAIN EASY FOR 30-40 MINUTES, OR RUN EASY FOR 30 MINUTES; THEN LIFT WEIGHTS: Four days of running a week is plenty! And we already have four runs scheduled for this week, not counting today. But if you really feel like running today too, you can run easy instead of cross-training. Don't run any longer than 30 minutes.
