CROSS-TRAIN FOR 40 MINUTES AND THEN LIFT WEIGHTS: Including this week, we have five more weeks until our goal 12K race! Are you experiencing muscle soreness from your increased activity? If so, ice the area for 10 minutes and take an anti-inflammatory such as aspirin, motrin, or ibuprophen.
