Endurance bike up to 90min, HR limit Zone 2

Circuit Training Day #6
Maintain 3 circuits and up your reps to 18 reps/station. Adjust resistances as needed. Ride to the gym if you can. Ride a brisk pace to the gym for a warm up and take it easy on the way home for some recovery. Remember to take your pre mixed recovery drink with you to the gym for consumption immediately after the workout is done.
