Circuit Training Day #2:
It is best to get to the gym first and ride after. If it works for you ride to and from the gym for your circuit training. If not, just get out for an easy ride so you can be fresh and have a good effort in the gym. Follow the Endurance Lifting guide for the circuit training workout.
