Endurance Bike/Mtb, HR limit LT minus 10 bpm, trail riding with skills practice and a nice group pace

During your rest week you have the chance to dial back the intensity and enjoy some quality social riding with your friends or teammates. Weekends do not always have to be hard, especially during the off-season when other forms of training, like strength work and cross training, are more important to your long term plan. It is important for you to use these easy days to rest up and benefit from the low-key training. So go out and have some fun and don't worry about speed or miles or going hard.
