Circuit Training Day #10
This is your final day of transition circuit weight training before you start the Endurance Lifting phase of your strength training. By now your muscles are accustomed to working in the gym and are ready to do heavier work. You have a rest week coming up in two days. Your rest week will be fairly low-key and if your local weather is agreeable you can get out for some extra time on the bike. Once the Endurance Lifting phase starts you will be riding less and lifting more. Congratulations on completing your circuit transition training and have a good rest week. YOU'VE EARNED IT. REST UP
