Circuit Training Day #9
Today you will up your reps to 20 reps/station. Adjust resistances as needed. By now you should be seeing substantial HR response during your circuit training sessions. You are approaching the end of the transition period. This is a good time to scout out the equipment you will be using and begin practicing the proper technique for safe lifting. Get some help from the staff at your gym if you need assistance with the exercises in the Endurance Lifting Program.
