Circuit Training Day #7
Three circuits as you did two days ago. Adjust resistances as needed. On the bike, you need to keep the intensity down so it is a good day for a little bit of skills training on the Mtb. Ride some local trails and work on low intensity skills like bunny hops, manuals low obstacles and mounts and dismounts. Keep it low key and work on those skills that give you the most trouble.
