Circuit Training Day #6
Maintain 3 circuits and up your reps to 18 reps/station. Adjust resistances as needed. Ride to the gym if you can. Ride a brisk pace to the gym for a warm up and take it easy on the way home for some recovery. Remember to take your pre-mixed recovery drink with you to the gym for consumption immediately after the workout is done.
