Day 039 - Circuit Training Day #3 Endurance Bike / Road

Today's workout: Weight Training, 90 min, 2 circuits x 18 reps/station
Endurance bike up to 90min Zone 2        Training via ActiveMail

Circuit Training Day #3
You will increase your reps to 18 reps/station and adjust resistances as needed. If you have the option of riding to and from the gym for your workout that is best. Ride a brisk pace to the gym for a warm up and take it easy on the way home for some recovery. Remember to take your pre mixed recovery drink with you to the gym for consumption immediately after the workout is done.
