Endurance training on the Mtb is difficult at best because of the challenging terrain and the difficulty in regulating the pace during your workout. However, it is important that you learn how to ride easy on your MtB. Tomorrow you have a field test so take it easy today and save your energy for the test. So get out and have some fun but ride sensibly and stay fresh for tomorrow's FPT.
