Today's set will be the longest we have done thus far at 2400 yards. If you were able to complete this entire training program, GREAT JOB! You may want to look at the intermediate/advanced program designed by Kurt Grote as your next training program. The set consists of 1x400, 1x300, 1x200, and 1x100 all on base +15 seconds. When swimming this set try to hold a moderate to hard pace throughout. Focus on your stroke, remembering to stretch your body in the water.
