A challenging distance-oriented session.

Warm up:
*100 swim
*100 kick
*100 pull
*100 swim

Main Set:
*2x300 base +15"
*1x150 at base pace +10"
*2x200 base +15"

The main set focuses on distance. Swim at or near your base pace, this will serve as good practice for the final 1000 yard time trial at the end of the program.

Cool down:
*150 yard
