Day 021 - Combo Set

WU: 400 yds. Main Set: 900 yds. CD: 300 yds. Total: 1600 yds.        Training via ActiveMail

Developing a sense of pace. The session includes both moderate and fast swimming.

Warm up:
*200 swim
*200 kick

Main Set:
Do the following two times through on a base +10"" interval
*1x100
*1x150
*1x200

We will focus again on holding a consistent pace throughout the set. You will swim one of each, then repeat in the same order again. You will need to have good focus on the last half of the set as it will be harder to hold the same pace. Work through this set, while maintaining good from.

Cool down
*100 easy kick
*200 easy swim
