Day 055 - RACE PREPARATION

Tomorrow is your pre-race day where you will hopefully have a chance to swim in the open body of water where your race will take place. This being your last pool day, take the time to work your pace by the clock and get in tune with how your body feels doing 100's at your desired pace speed. Try guessing your repeats before you read the clock and see how accurate you are; count strokes per lap too, keeping them consistent.
