Day 050 - RECOVERY

It's one week until race day; get psyched!



No need to do much of anything, but if you have an idea of where your race is, and the proximity is close, maybe go to the site and do a short swim. Pay attention to shoreline topography, landmarks, currents, where the sun is, and overall conditions. Do a few ins-and-outs if necessary to feel comfortable running in and out of the water, but nothing strenuous.
