200's pace are tough; you have to hit the 2nd 100 as evenly as the first; so take this workout as an opportunity to achieve that at the end. Pay attention to what your 2nd 100 feels like; that is what your race pace should feel like. And you should be confident that you can hold about 10x100's at that speed in a race situation by now.
