Intermediate Open Water Swim Training
Day 038 - WEIGHTS
Dumbbells: 11 reps each of: alternate bicep curls, dual overhead extensions, tricep extensions, bench press. Next do 2 sets, 50 sit-ups***REPEAT ABOVE CIRCUIT THREE TIMES***Nautilus / Universal machine circuit: 11 reps of each machine @ max weight. Do all machines in a row, minimal rest. ***REPEAT ABOVE CIRCUIT THREE TIMES***

This is your second-to-last weight training day. After the next one, you will not have to set foot into a weight room again (well, until next season or your next training cycle, anyway).
Remember that if you are feeling anything more than mild fatigue and muscular soreness, BACK OFF and allow yourself time to recover ! Less weight is okay!
Dumbbells:

2 sets, 50 sit-ups
