Day 010 - Speedplay on the run

25-minute run on flat terrain at RPE 6 with 4 pickups. Stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

RUN 25 MINUTES ON FLAT TERRAIN AT RPE 6 WITH 4 PICKUPS. While you do the pickups, concentrate on good running form. Stand tall, look well ahead, swing the arms smoothly and take moderate strides rather than short, choppy ones or long bounding steps.
