Day 014 - Congratulations! -- what's next?

68-minute walk (3.9-4.0 miles)        Training via ActiveMail

Block 20: WALK FOR 68 MINUTES WITH A DISTANCE GOAL OF 3.9 TO 4.0 MILES: Congratulations -- this is the last official workout of this intermediate walking training program! As we've been saying, if you can't meet both the time AND distance goals for today without feeling excessively fatigued an hour later, keep repeating this workout until you can. If you can walk four miles in 68 minutes and be recovered an hour later, you can continue to make progress by adding some hills to your route. Keep your time and distance goals the same (68 minutes and four miles), but change your route to include some small hills. Build up gradually to longer, steeper hills. Before you know it you'll be walking up mountains!
