Day 039 - Flexibility

TODAY IS A RELAXING DAY OF LIGHT CARDIO AND STRETCHING.

Warm up for about 20 minutes. Take a spot on the grass or the living room floor and stretch your entire body. Start by lying on your back for spinal stretches, then move to your lower back, legs, glutes, calves, chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Enjoy!
