Day 009 - Use more energy each day

IT'S A REST DAY: Except for a good pair of shoes, your commitment to fitness requires very little in the way of expense or equipment. What is required is that you set the goal of expending more energy on a daily basis. Think of creative ways to do this. Try parking at the far end of the parking lot when you're shopping, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk more briskly whenever you're out and about. You've probably heard all this before, but it really works. Every little bit of extra energy you use will help you achieve your fitness goals.
