TRAINING TIP: De-stress with nature. Humans have always been attracted to the natural elements of air, water, fire, plants, and flowers. That's because these things have a calming affect on us. Today, take time out to enjoy the natural elements around you with a run through the park, up a mountain trail, or hit the beach and run along the water's edge. Observe the many colors around you, feel the texture underfoot and enjoy the aroma of the natural surroundings.
