TRAINING TIP: Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Drink more if you'll be working out in hot or cold weather. Eat a variety of fresh produce, clean proteins (not processed, high in fat or sodium), and wholesome carbs, such as whole grains. Skip the sugary nutrition bars unless you'll be working out for more then 2 hours at a time. These bars are similar to candy and are really meant for endurance athletes. Dried fruit is a better choice for quick energy, and it's easy to stow in a pocket.
