IT'S A REST DAY: What kinds of rewards did you come up with during yesterday's walk? What kinds of goals would you match them up with? Today, with just a few days left in your training program, you can set up those goals and rewards to keep your momentum going. Plan out some goals and rewards for the next three to six months. Now look at the list. What do you see? Do you see yourself differently? Have you become -- an athlete?!
