IT'S A REST DAY: We've almost finished our sixth week of training. One more week to go! Earlier in this program, we mentioned that you might start to experience pain in your toes, ankles, knees, hips, or lower back as a result of your increased activity level. Has this happened? If not, that's great! But if so, it's a good idea to see a specialist such as a sports podiatrist or physical therapist. Get it checked out early, while it's still a small problem rather than a big one.
