IT'S A REST DAY: Another time-management skill to help you stick with your program is to figure out how much time during your week you can commit to fitness, then work backwards from there. For example, suppose you've determined that you can dedicate an hour a day, four days a week, to fitness. That hour should include everything: changing your clothes, warming up, cooling down, cleaning up, and changing again. If you don't figure in the total time you need, your scheduling will be off.
