IT'S A REST DAY: One way to make sure you meet your fitness goals is to start with a realistic idea of how much time you'll need each day. Since three days a week are rest days in this program, that should help make the time commitment manageable. If you find that you regularly miss one workout each week, ask yourself why. Are you just too busy? If so, can you take something else off your schedule to free up more time for exercise? Are you missing workouts because you're perhaps less motivated than you could be? That's okay too; just be honest with yourself about it. Once you know the facts, you can adjust either your schedule or your goals accordingly.
