IT'S A REST DAY: Even on your rest days, there are two things you should do just as if you were exercising. One is to be sure to drink enough water. If you let yourself get dehydrated today, you'll feel it tomorrow, even if you drink a lot of water before your walk -- it just takes time for the body tissues to reabsorb the moisture they need. The other thing you should do, after you've been up and about for awhile, is to stretch. For some great walking stretches, check out Sports Stretch by Michael J.
