WALK FOR 56 MINUTES WITH A DISTANCE GOAL OF 3.3 TO 3.4 MILES: Use a full swing of the arms when you walk. This 56-minute walk is your "main conditioning session." This is the part of your workout that actually improves your fitness level. Remember that your warmup and cooldown time don't count as part of this main conditioning session!
