Day 021 - You're doing great!

56-minute walk (3 miles)        Training via ActiveMail

WALK FOR 56 MINUTES WITH A DISTANCE GOAL OF THREE MILES: Counting down, you have four more weeks until your goal 7K! You're doing great! Do you know how long it's taking you to walk a mile? If not, time it today -- don't try to walk any faster than usual; just walk as briskly as you usually do. Eventually you should be able to walk a mile in 15 minutes or less, and to maintain that pace for up to an hour.
