IT'S A REST DAY: Be realistic about how long it will take before you notice results from your increased level of activity. Don't expect big changes overnight. You should start seeing and feeling the difference a few weeks from the start of this program. And keep in mind that the more you incorporate active lifestyle changes throughout all areas of your life, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, the better your chances of success!
